Education/Training: graduated from NYU where he studied informally with Milton Babbitt, received an MM from NYU where he studied with Charles Wuorinen and Sollberger; began Doctoral studies in composition at Brandeis, studying with Donald Martino and Martin Boykan
Notable Compositions: Piano Concerto, Drala, Ziji, Raising the Gaze, Ashoka's Dream, King Gesar, Neruda Songs
