Roger Ardrey
Bio:
ROGER ARDREY, baritone, has appeared extensively under Roger Wagner's direction, notably as soloist during the Roger Wagner Chorale's tour of Europe and the Middle East. Earlier this year, he was singled out for his projection and feeling in the role of the Inquisitor in the United States premiere performance of Boris Blocher's Der Grossinquisitor (The Grand Inquisitor) at Foothill College. Mr. Ardrey has a Ph.D. in musicology and was the opera theatre director at Northern Arizona University for seven years. He is now on the faculty at California State College at Long Beach.
